Putting It All Together

The six pillars teach you what RevOps covers. This page tells you what order to learn it in based on where you are in your career. Every level pulls from all six pillars — because RevOps has never been 'learn data first, then learn reporting.' What changes is the depth, the scope of your decisions, and who's relying on your judgment.

Pick your current level. Start there. If you have gaps below your level, go back — no ego required. This isn't a rigid sequence. It's a map.

Where You Came From Matters

Not everyone enters RevOps the same way, and your background shapes where you're strong and where you have gaps. Select yours.

A Note on Timelines

The year ranges above are rough guides, not gates. Some people reach Strategist-level thinking in 3 years. Some people spend a decade at Practitioner depth because that's what their role requires and they're great at it. The levels describe capability, not tenure.

What matters is whether you can do the work at that level — not how long you've been doing it.

Pick your level. Go to the pillar pages. Work the checklists. Build the portfolio pieces. The resources are free. The structure is here. The only thing between you and the next level is the work.
